X-Factura is a tool for creating electronic invoices that is provided free of charge. The documents are generated on the basis of the data entered by the user and the checking and generation rules implemented in the service.
Despite careful development and regular technical testing, no guarantee can be given that a generated document is complete, free of errors or suitable for a particular tax, commercial-law or other legal purpose in the individual case. In particular, using X-Factura does not replace tax or legal advice.
The user is responsible for checking the data entered and the generated documents for accuracy and completeness before using them.
Permanent availability of the service, or availability free of disruption at all times, is not assured. Maintenance work, technical faults, changes or a temporary restriction of the service cannot be completely ruled out.
For damage arising from the use or unavailability of the service or from the use of generated documents, the provider is liable only within the scope of the statutory provisions. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
By using X-Factura, the user confirms that they will check the generated documents on their own responsibility before using them further.
